Privacy Policy

You don’t need an account, and we don’t ask for your name, email or any other personal details to use the site. We don’t run tracking or advertising cookies, and we don’t use third-party analytics. Your practice progress stays on your own device.

Your attempts, results and mistakes are saved locally in your browser (using IndexedDB) so you can pick up where you left off. This data never leaves your device — it is not sent to us or to anyone else. It does not sync between browsers or devices. You can erase it at any time from Reset progress in the footer settings, or by clearing your browser’s site data.

Your appearance choices — light or dark mode and the accent colour — are stored in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers them. That’s the only preference we keep, and it also stays on your device.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not embed third-party analytics or advertising services. The site works fully offline once loaded.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. As our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare may process limited technical information (such as your IP address and request details) to serve the site securely and reliably. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

The site links out to other websites, such as GOV.UK and Amazon. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

This is a general-audience study site for people preparing for the Life in the UK Test. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
